My offerings are an invitation to return, to deepen, and to nurture your life with intention. I am called to offer practices and experiences that support presence, reflection, and subtle transformation. Through movement, breath, circles, retreats, and mentoring, I create spaces for connection—with yourself, your body, and your inner wisdom.
Each practice I offer is a space to return to yourself. Our bodies carry innate wisdom, and when we tune in, we can soften, ground, accept, empower, and find spaciousness—not just physically, but within our whole being. Yoga also provides a gentle way to meet the narratives of our lived experiences held in the body.
Through mindful movement, breath, and presence, each class reconnects you to your body, your breath, and your inner life. Yoga becomes a reminder that your presence is home, supporting freedom, fullness, and well-being.
Women’s Circles are warm, inclusive gatherings designed to connect, reflect, and honour life’s rhythms. Each circle encourages presence, strengthens resilience, and nurtures the threads that connect us—to ourselves, to one another, and to the natural world.
I can also host Women’s Circles for special occasions, including birthdays, bridal parties, or other celebrations—creating a reflective, supportive, and nourishing space for meaningful connection
My retreats are sanctuaries for reflection, presence, and subtle transformation. Each blends stillness, movement, and guided exploration, offering space to reconnect to your essence, listen to your inner threads, and integrate insights into life beyond the retreat.

mother daughter retreats
I am currently exploring interest in Mother–Daughter Retreats, created especially for mothers and their teenage daughters. These retreats would offer a shared sanctuary to slow down together, cultivate presence, and gently navigate the changing rhythms of this season of life.
Through mindful movement, rest, guided reflection, and time to simply be, these retreats would invite connection, listening, and mutual understanding—supporting both individual growth and the mother–daughter bond in a calm, supportive environment.

Grounded in trauma-aware, nervous-system-friendly practices, classes are designed to meet teens where they are — encouraging choice, safety, and self-trust rather than performance. This offering supports resilience, confidence, and a healthier relationship with the body, providing tools teens can carry into everyday life..
One-on-one mentoring helps yoga teachers discover and deepen their authentic voice. Together, we explore grounding practices, alignment of intention and presence, and ways to teach with confidence, curiosity, and balance.
Mentorship focuses on cultivating presence, nurturing confidence, and finding harmony between your personal practice, teaching, and community. The goal is not perfection, but presence—developing a teaching style that feels authentic, steady, and aligned with who you are.
